These terms and conditions govern the booking and use of travel packages provided by Impact Travel Group, hereinafter referred to as "the Company."
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Impact Travel Group.
1.2 Payment: - A full payment with a discount is available for those wishing to pay the whole balance now. Whilst for those wishing to pay on a payment plan, a deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation and a full payment must be received by the specified due date, which will be advised at the time of booking
.1.3 Payment Methods: - Impact Travel Group accepts payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other methods as specified.
1.4 Prices: - All prices are quoted in your preferred currency as contained in the online booking process unless otherwise specified. - Prices are based on current exchange rates, taxes, and fees applicable at the time of booking. - Impact Travel Group reserves the right to adjust prices due to fluctuations in exchange rates or changes in government taxes and fees.- Customers agree to and abide by the inclusions and exclusions of the package.2. Amendments and Cancellations
2.1 Amendments: - Changes to your booking may be subject to amendment fees and availability. - Any request for changes must be made directly to Impact Travel Group and will be considered based on availability and the terms of the booking.
2.2 Cancellations: - Cancellation fees apply once a booking is confirmed. - The amount of the cancellation fee varies depending on the time of cancellation and the specific terms of the travel package booked. - Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to Impact Travel Group's refund policy.
3. Cooling-Off Period
3.1 Impact Travel Group offers a cooling-off period of 7 days for refunds on bookings made online or via phone.
3.2 During this period, customers may cancel their booking and receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding processing fees and service fees of 3.5% from the original booking price, provided they notify Impact Travel Group in writing within 7 days of the booking confirmation through email to info@impactadventures.travel
3.3 This cooling-off period allows customers to change their minds about the booking for any reason
4. Travel Documentation
4.1 Passports and Visas: - It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary passports, visas, and health certificates are valid for travel. - Impact Travel Group is not liable for any costs incurred due to inadequate travel documentation or failure to comply with immigration and health requirements.
5. Travel Insurance
5.1 Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, loss of personal belongings, and travel disruptions.
6. Liability
6.1 Impact Travel Group acts as a booking agent for hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other service providers. We are not liable for any act, omission, or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of these third-party providers.
6.2 Our liability is limited to the cost of the travel package purchased from Impact Travel Group.
7. Force Majeure
7.1 Impact Travel Group is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, and government actions
.8. Complaints and Disputes
8.1 Any complaints or disputes must be reported to Impact Travel Group immediately and no later than during the trip to allow for timely resolution.
8.2 Claims made after the trip must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the trip's end.
9. Privacy
9.1 Impact Travel Group respects customer privacy and handles personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Impact Travel Group is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
11.1 Impact Travel Group reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
By booking a travel package with Impact Travel Group, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
